OUR SUPPORT MODEL

Education from charity

St. James Institute helps young adults pursue education, learn through work and service, and grow in character and faith. Through mentoring and practical support, we accompany them as they discover their direction, take responsibility for their future, and contribute to their communities.

St. James Institute

Three pillars of formation

Our approach brings together knowledge, lived experience, and the values that guide how we use our abilities.

Our Program

Education & Training

Formal education develops knowledge, professional skills, and recognized qualifications. We help young people pursue an appropriate path through technical training, university study, or other educational programs.

Character & Spiritual Formation

Knowledge and ability should be guided by integrity, compassion, and responsibility. Rooted in the Catholic faith, we encourage growth through spiritual formation, daily practice, and the example of staff and mentors, while respecting each person’s dignity and conscience.
